SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE / APR / SEMICONDUCTOR / AI PRODUCT ENGINEERING
Evan specializes in semiconductor physical design automation and AI systems architecture. He previously served as a Software Engineering Director at Cadence, with more than 15 years of APR research and development experience and nearly a decade of collaboration with core TSMC teams.
He has helped deliver multiple advanced-process test chips through physical tape-out, published at ICCAD, and received a Best Paper Award at Taiwan's VLSI Design/CAD Symposium.

Marcus supports biotechnology compliance, program-related legal issues and cross-disciplinary research. He is trained in both technology law and engineering and previously served as an assistant researcher at Taiwan's Institute of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health.
